Production combines material inspection, aluminum profiling, skin and polyurethane-system compounding, foaming, curing, cutting, quality checks, protective film and export packing in a controlled sequence.

How GMiSU Insulated Aluminum Panels Are Manufactured and Inspected

Panel production sequence

  1. 01

    Raw-material inspection

Inspect aluminum coils and polyurethane-system raw materials before production.

  2. 02

    Aluminum profiling

Form the upper and lower aluminum skins to the confirmed product profile.

  3. 03

    Skin and PU-system compounding

Assemble and compound the two aluminum skins with the polyurethane system before foaming.

  4. 04

    Polyurethane foaming

Foam the insulation core between the prepared aluminum skins.

  5. 05

    Curing and cutting

Allow the composite panel to cure, then cut it to the confirmed order length.

  6. 06

    Final inspection

Check dimensions, surfaces, core uniformity, bonding, joints and quantity.

  7. 07

    Protection and loading

Apply surface film, prepare cushioning and pack or load the panels according to the agreed plan.

Pre-shipment quality checks

  • Aluminum skin thickness
  • Product length, width and overall dimensions
  • Color and surface appearance
  • Polyurethane foam uniformity
  • Bond between the aluminum skins and core
  • Panel interfaces, interlocks and joint areas
  • Protective film, packing and quantity reconciliation
  • Live video-call inspection when arranged

Inspection can be coordinated with the buyer

Buyers may arrange a live video-call inspection before shipment to review the products, packing and order quantity. Additional inspection methods can be discussed and confirmed in the sales contract.

Project drawings, color confirmation, dimensions, samples and packing requirements should be agreed before production so the final inspection is measured against the approved order specification.
